Can Seroquel And Serotonin Be Taken Together?
Does Seroquel have an effect on serotonin? I take trazodone and Lamotrigine. I have developed a cataract in 1 eye. I ve been taking this since 2007. 300XR 1 at bedtime. I also have heart problems that developed before I had any mental health drugs. So the question is, is it safe for me?

Adding of quetiapine with an antidepressant may give additives effects with major depressive disorders. In few patients, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) with Mao inhibitors may lead serotonergic syndrome. Please consult your psychiatrist before using this medication.
