Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dear HCM user

It is not advisable to take seroquel and zopiclone together without supervision in such dosages. It can cause sedation, respiratory depression and other complications. If you are just having sleep problems especially in initiation you can get it evaluated and treated by a psychiatrist. Mostly with simple steps of sleep hygiene and some benzodiazepines you can get good sleep. Kindly refrain from self treating yourself with such combinations. It may be harmful for your health. You also need to be evaluated for other symptoms of anxiety or mood disorders. I hope you understand help is available now a days and stop this combination.
