HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Decongestants such as pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine or the topical option of xylometazoline interact with trazadone with the risk of serious interaction occurring.

You may need to use normal saline drops and warm compresses to the face to help with clearing the sinuses.

You can use a non drowsy antihistamine such as loratidine.

There is a risk of interaction between sertraline and trazodone so you may want to check this with your doctor.

I hope this helps
