Can Sibelium Be Taken For Motion Sickness?

Hi I have recently been on a long haul flight and suffered extreme nauseau and dizziness. I think it may be inner ear related and this is not the first time I have suffered these symptoms. I have been to a pharmacist and he has given me 5mg tablets of Sibelium as I soon have to fly back and I am utterly dreading being as ill. Will these help me and when should I take them?

Yes sibelium can be helpful in case of vertigo or headaches. Usually nausea and dizines are due to motion sickness. Which can be very well prevented by taking miclizine, that is an overthe counter drug, atleast 1 hr before ur travel. And it can work for 24 hrs.
