Can Sinarest Be Given For Cold And Nasal Congestion In A Child?

Hi.my baby is 8months old.and suffering from cold,nasal congestion since 1week..I am giving her cetrizine syrup 1ml twice a day.and otrivin s normal sali e drops twice a day...still running nose is there..what should I do? Should I give syrup sinnarest??is it ok for her age??

I am fully against using such medicines for a tender baby.

Instead my own patients (childrens' parents) are advised to give there babies steam inhalation by putting some euclyptus oil and Tulsi leaves in steaming water. Also some external applications may be used.
