Hi,
If you had a pregnancy confirmed at 5 weeks, you should wait for next period, which can be a bit delayed after an abortion. In pregnancy, the menstrual cycle is stopped because of the hormonal changes of pregnancy and it is always better to wait for normal resumption of cycle. Many a times, ovulation starts spontaneously with a normal cycle and conception can be natural one. But if it was not confirmed pregnancy and you are experiencing delayed menses, you may need a revised dose of Siphene in consultations your treating gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
