Can Soframycin Cream And Saline Nasal Spray Be Used For Nose Bleeding?
i have blood coming out in especially in morning with mucus from my right nostril. Also blocked mucus patch with blood like clot from right nostril only. Can i use soframycin and saline nasal spray. will that help. can i use soframycin inside the nostrils. Pls advise if any other ointment or spary shall help..

You can use saline nasal drops. Soframycin should not be used inside the nasal cavity.
It will cause irritation and dermatitis to nasal mucosa. If bleeding persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
