Can Spiriva And Breo Ellipta Be Discontinued Abruptly?

I have COPD. Dr. has me on Spiriva and Breo Elipta as well as O2. I am in the doughnut hole. With the Spiriva and Breo Elipta Costing $150 each and 2 pain medications at $150 each I can not afford these being on SS. If I can stop the Spiriva and Breo will increasing my O2 be sufficient ? I am on 1liter daytime and 2 liter at night.

Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

It’s better for most of the medication to be withdrawn to give time to the body for better results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Esmeralda Sera, Oncologist
