Can Stay Awake Pill Be Used Instead Of Modafinil?

I have MS. I have a lot of trouble mid-day staying alert at my factory job. I come near to dozing off & my Neurologist prescribes me Modafinil 200 mg. It somewhat helps, but is so very very expensive. I would like advice on whether the Stay Awake pills might help my sleepiness while at work instead of taking the modafinil? And is it safe if only taken during my workday?

Hi,

Stay awake may contains caffeine and it is also used to avoid excessive sleep. However it has its own side effects.

It can be used as a replacement of modafanil however this should not be done with out your consultants advice as it may not be advisable for every one.

You can always discuss this option with your consultant and express your concern of the very high cost of the former drug I am sure your doctor would consider and offer your a good solution.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
