Can Sulfate Compound Tablets Be Taken For Anaemia?
I was given small white tablets written:sulphate compound tablets, containing dried ferrous sulphate equivalent toFeSO⁴ 170mg, manganese sulphate 2.5mg and cipper sulphate 2.5mg. Do these cureiron deficiency anaemia? A few years ago, i suffered from peptic ulcers and i dont take aspirin. I am safe? My blood is watery and pinkish, not the red of blood that we know
Based on the history you have shared, the anemia or low hemoglobin may be due to blood loss like in your case ulcer being one cause. Avoid aspirin as it can cause more bleeding. Meanwhile iron supplements should be continued to help with already existing anemia along with antacids like omerprazole before meals.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
