Can Susten Be Taken Vaginally After Intercourse?

Does susten interfere with sperm ? The Doctor adviced my wife to take susten after ovulation, but we dont know if ovulation occured or not. So, if it safe to use susten vaginally about 30 minutes after intercourse ? Does it interfere with the sperm in any way ?
