Can Synvisc 1 Be Taken After A Knee Surgery?

I have taken Synvisc and synvisc 1 before my knee surgery and it helped a lot. I have now had surgery on both knees but the arthritic pain I had before synvisc is returning. Is Synvisc 1 also given After surgery? My knee has healed completely and I ve completed a round of physical therapy.
