Can TB In The Hip Area Be Detected By A Blood Test?

Hello doctor . My friend is suffering from severe hip pain from the past 5 months after mri scan reports and several blood test reports he has been detected positive for tb in the hip area . Please suggest can tb of the hip area be detected by a blood test and is it contagious. Is it curable .

Rediolucent area seen in hip bone region so it can diagnose.
Blood test is also helpful to detect infection level.

TB can spred by blood.In miliary tuberculosis spread by blood.Proper treatment is helpful to stop spread of tb.

Consent a physician for further treatment.
