Can Taravid And Alka UR Be Taken In Place Of Oflemac And Citralka?

Hi Doc can my Mother take Alka ur instead of citralka . she is 75 yrs old with BP , Diabetics , CBA . Today morning she had bleeding while passing urine. We are in UAE so the same medicine she was using in India is not available here. 3 months backs she was taking Oflemac and Citralka. Here Taravid is available and Alka UR. Please advice.
