Can Theraflu Be Taken Along With Allegra And Flonase?

I take generic Allegra and Flonase daily for allergies. I have a bad sinus headache. can i take Theraflu when i already have the others in my system?
I have a bad headache. i tried ibuprofen which helped for awhile but the headache came back. i took antibiotics several weeks ago for the same thing and i got better. i tried using a neti pot yesterday which helped a little but this headache is messing up my plans.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain as you are already taking Allegra that is an anti-allergic and flonase the is a Steroid ..
As you now have sinus infection you need not to take Therafli that contains a combination of anti allergics, Acetaminophen and decongestant..
You should however take a course of antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, do saline nasal irrigation, do steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
Avoid chilled foods and air conditioning atmosphere..
Take plenty of warm water and ample of rest..
