Hi, I have gone through your query.
You have mentioned that you are being prescribed Tab. Thyronorm for "Hypothyroidism". And now you are feeling shortness of breath, mild palpitations etc.
I feel that you are taking Thyronorm in slightly higher doses due to which these symptoms are present. I would suggest you to undergo a "Thyroid function blood tests" and then visit your doctor for optimization of your dose.

I hope you have answered your query.

Thanks and regards
Dr. Ankur Pruthi
