Can Topamax Be Taken Along With Wellbutrin For Anxiety?

I am not bi polar. I do suffer from some anxiety and I am currently on Wellbutrin. My concern is, due to infidelity and a high stress home situation, my moods are out of control. Is Topamax something that can be taken to help with situational disruption? I am concerned about potiential weight gain as well because this would just add to my irritability.

Topamax may be good against weight gain and borderline personality disorders.You may gradually leave wellbutrin if depression is not there.However best is to consult your treating doctor or a psychiatrist and may change to topamax if he agrees
as I studied ,topamax is for control of seizures and some doctors prescribe for border line personality disorders
