Can Tramadol, Aldactone, Hydrocodone And Prozac Be Taken Together?

L3 Rib fractured, pain meds not helping much. The Er gave me Tramadol, Toradol, and 7.5-325 Hydrocodone. I also take Lopressor and Prozac along with Aldactone for adema. It is not helping my pain and it makes me feel like shit. are these a dangerous combination? YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

These are a combination of antidepressants and painkillers and these are strong medications which should be taken with caution.

Generally, if prescribed by a doctor, these can be taken together since there is no scientific evidence that some interactions or serious side effects exist. So if there is a medical indication, then it can be taken just be sure to take it in the recommended dosage. Also, you must be sure that you are not allergic to any ingredient of these drugs. If you start to feel any signs such as breathing difficulties or rash, you should stop medications and see a doctor.
