Can Tramadol Be Taken While On Prednisone And Ibuprofen?
I am on several COPD meds. I ve also had to go on prednisone 20 mg due to a sudden difficultY breathing. I m breathing much better but the headache is lousy. I ve been taking ibuprofen 600 mg (200 mg tablets x 3). Was wondering if I could take tramadol 50 mg and see if that helps with the pain. Thank you. Kate Farley

It would have been helpful to know if there is nausea or vomiting after headache, giddiness, other medications that you are taking for COPD e.g deriphyllin can cause headache in some.
please avoid ibuprofen for headache.
It would be helpful to get your blood pressure , eyesight checked to rule out cause of your headache.
If BP and eye sight is normal then you can try anti migraine medicine and see, if this also doesn't help then you can try tramadol as the last option and see.
