Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am on Xeloda and Tykerb for Breast Cancer that has come back and spread to the lungs and bone. Will Tramadol or Norco or their generic substitutes have any different side effects if taken while on the Xeloda or Tykerb. I have previously been taking Hydrocodone, Oxycodone or Tramodol if needed for severe pain.
There are no documented harmful interactions between Xeloda or Tykerb with Tramadol or Norco. Hence, you can take Tramadol or Norco while on Xeloda or Tykerb.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
