Can Tramadol Be Taken While On Zyrtec?

I have bad allergies. Taking Zyrtec once a day, nasal spray twice a day, A maximum of 6 extra strength Tylenol a day. I took 2 mucinex about an hour ago. Is it safe for me to take Tramadol with all of this. I take tramadol when I am in severe pain for back & arthritic issues.

Hi,

I see you want to use Tramadol along with Zyrtec. Yes, you can use them both. But I advise not to drive. If used at the same time, you might have enhanced symptoms of dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty in concentrating.
