Hi can i use triphala as i m breastfeeding mum..i start to drink methi water,jeera water with fennel seeds..early morning...i have broblem with my legs n back so cant do exercise..so m thinking to take triphala at night time..can u kindly guide me...i have never tried tried triphala b4..waiting ur response thax..

Hi there...Its good for bowel movement. but not recommended during breastfeeding. Instead you can take mothers horlicks or sim mom. these are trusted brands.
