You are taking optimum dosage of anti tubercular drugs :
Rifampicin 600 mg ( 8 mg / kg body weight )
Etambutol 100o mg ( 15 mg / kg)
Solonex ( isoniazide) ,
pyrazinamide ( 1500 mg 0
Benadone is
pyridoxine .
Above mentioned are prescribed for a patient more than 50 kg body weight ( 70 kg may be )
Anti tubercular drugs produces nausea , vomiting , abdominal discomfort. HEADACHE ,
dizziness , peripjeral neuritis and so many others .
Yes you can take pain killer for headache .
Usually I also prescribe my patient some
proton pump inhibitors like pantaloc-d,
according to need.
However reason of headache may be , hyper tension , hyper acidity , so take one two tablet for 2-3 days but if pain persist then consult your treating physician and get his opinion.
