HEADACHE , dizziness , peripjeral neuritis and so many others . Yes you can take pain killer for headache . Usually I also prescribe my patient some proton pump inhibitors like pantaloc-d, according to need. However reason of headache may be , hyper tension , hyper acidity , so take one two tablet for 2-3 days but if pain persist then consult your treating physician and get his opinion.
