I have taken Tydenal PM, I did not read all the directions and took them for a short time. I did not ask my doctor about taking this. Now I read that it is harmful. Once I stop will be ok. I know my doctor is going to give me a talking when he knows. I have to tell him today. I am worried I m having pains in my legs. I just stopped them. Can I be reversed if I stopped in time. I had a test for my liver and he wants to see me asap to talk to me about my test. Thank You . I would like to keep this from any one else to see this. or hear about it. this is Confidential..............
Hello, Tylenol is usually safe unless you have underlying liver disease. The PM part of it is added diphenhydramine which is also safe and is added to help with sleep. Taking it for a short time should not harm you. It is good that you are having liver tests done. Regards
