Can Tylenol Be Given To An Infant After Removal Of Kidneys?

I have a 4 month old infant that was born with PCD and has had both kidneys removed. She is running a fever and the doctor is saying give her Tylenol. On the warning it says suspend if you have and history of kidney or liver disease. What should I do?

If he is in dialysis then you should consult pediatric nephrologist about these medication since it may have some harmful effects and it should be taken under doctor's supervision.
