Can Tylenol Be Taken After A Shot Of Lovenox While Travelling By Air?

I am going on a flight for 9 hours. A shot of lovenox is administered before I fly, as a precaution from a blood clot I had almost 2 years ago (I was on Coumedin for 6 months). Am I able to take a Tylenol pm to help me sleep on the flight? Thank you
