Can UTI Infections Cause Chlamydia After Intercourse?

Hello, I am a 20 year old female and am sexually active. I never have had any stds in the past yet do have reoccurring UTI's. For the past two years, I have had unprotected sex with just one guy and have never experienced anything abnormal. Three months ago, I met another guy who was clean of STDs and some how he just started feeling symptoms and was diagnosed with Chlamydia. He believes I gave this to him? Is it possible that my UTI's are from Chlamydia? I have no fever but I do have painful urination, itching, foul odor with some what of a white paste, and slight lower back pain just like I normally experience UTI's.. Should I be worried?

This is a million dollar quesition! As much as I want help uou as your UTI should be investigated and urine C/S as well for chlamydia. Your symptoms are typical of UTI. Urine analysis and c/s as well as Chlamydia testing will solve the problem.
