To be honest in Hungary its very common that women get progesterone replacement during pregnancy.Whats your opinion? Thanks,Susie
Hello dear Understand your concern Ultovan is contain synthetic progesterone and should be used in high risk pregnancy to prevent the abortion and promote the growth of baby. It does not affect the growth of baby and safe to take during the pregnancy. But it should be taken under the advice of gynecologist and regular follow up of baby growth is required by USG scan. You can also take folic acid, iron supplements. Take proper rest and healthy diet. Hope this may help you
