Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is not safe to take Valsartan and Carvedilol together. When used together, this drug combination has been associated with increased side effects and an increased rate of death. The reason for this is not clear. You may need alternate effective drugs or to adjust the doses of this combination to reduce the risk of side effects. Whereas taking Clonazepam while on Carvedilol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate. Let your doctor know if you develop these symptoms and they do not go away after a few days or they become troublesome.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
