Can Vit B12 Deficiency Cause Fatigue, Headaches And Tingling Sensation In The Legs?

I m having fatigue, headaches and tingling in my legs and bugs crawling on my ankles and arms. I also experience leg cramps at night, lightheaded and sometimes dizzy without the vertigo or syncope. I had Lyme Disease 2 years ago. It was successfully treated with Rocephin IV x1 mo. All symptoms are gone. Could I have an underlying Vit B12 deficiency?

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You have been successfully treated for lyme disease as per history ...

Now this tingling , headache should be evaluated through physical examination , detail history and accordingly investigation...
-Check B12 level to rule out its deficiency
-HB estimation for rule out anemia
-Thyroid profile if suspected
-Blood pressure measurement
-calcium level

According to cause further treatment guided
Ex.For anemia iron tablet and for b12 deficiency b12 injection needed

If still needed according to examination investigation guided like CT scan if needed

Take care
