Can Whey Protein And BCAA Cause Left-sided Chest Pain While Working Out?

My age is 32, I workout 5 days a week, that do have little cardio but more of Weight training. My diet is very clean , i am vegetarian, From last few weeks i feel like having a pain in left chest and feel like come one is pricking needle in my chest. at time i feel the same while deep breathing, As i work out i take some food suppliments, like Whey protein , BCAA and Pre work out powder, I would like to know if this is coz of these suppliments, or it could be anything else

Hello,

It is not related to your diet or health supplements.

Most probably it will be a musculoskeletal pain like costochondritis.

As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
