Can Zantac Cause Depression?
my son-in-law has tried Zantac for his refux/indigestion but he says it causes depression and anxiety with him. Is this a reported side effect with others? also, what is the differences between Zantac and Prilosec? Do they work the same? Are they both in the class: proton pump inhibitors? Sorry, I need an answer---not a request for money GOOD BYE!!! YYYY@YYYY

Zantac does not produce depression. No such cases reporter in the literature. You can safely continue Zantac without any concerns.
PPI like omeprazole will be a better choice.
