Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My Doctor prescribed me zydip-c (clotrimazole i.p 1%, beclomethasone dipropionate ip 0.025%, lotion base). I have got zendid-B same composition only change is the base which is in the non aqueous base for a greater discount . Can I use zendid as a replacement for zydip?
Hi & Welcome. Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of taking these lotions?/
Since both the medications contain the active ingredients of anti-fungal drug (Clotirmazole) and anti-inflammatory drug (Beclomethasone), therefore Candid-B lotion can be taken as a replacement for Zydip-C lotion if you are suffering from fungal infection of the skin associated with itching, redness and swelling.
Hope this answers your query.
