Can Zofer Be Continued During Pregnancy?

sir i am 10 weeks pregnant .i have a strong vomitting sensation along with vomitting. it happens 10-15 times a day . i tried zofer md and i am feeling better now .can i continue it. are ther any side effects of zoferMD or any harm to the baby or me.

Zofer contain Ondansetron, this drug comes in category "B" which means May be acceptable. some study have shown increased risk of cleft palate associated with ondansetron. And mother may develop some cardiac problems. I prefer prescribing doxylamine succinate and pyridoxine hydrochloride.
