Hi and welcome to HCM

FDA has categorized Zofer (ondansetron) as Category B: Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect, so you can take this under your doctors care

Doxinate is the safest drug for vomiting in pregnancy, this you can take with out any fear. These drugs will not affect your baby and also follow these instructions to reduce nausea, vomiting

1.Eat little and often to prevent heartburn and nausea. An empty stomach can increase nausea. Keep blood sugars steady. Try eating small amounts of bland, dry food throughout the day.

2.avoid rich, spicy, acidic or fried foods, and eat less fat in general as they tend to irritate your stomach lining resulting in the production of more gastric acid

3.Do not lie down after a meal. If you move about a bit, you're less likely to throw up the food

4.Try drinking between meals if you're finding it hard to keep fluids down, and limit drinks during meals. Be sure to drink regularly

5.Have a spoon of diluted ginger juice mixed with honey every morning. Ginger is known to settle stomachs and help nausea. However, ginger should be used in moderation and with care – it doesn't help everyone.

6.If iron tablets are aggravating your nausea, discuss the alternatives with your doctor.

hope this helped you
