Can Zoladex Be Taken For Vaginal Bleeding While On Warfarin?

I got my results back from a endometriosis biopsy and it was negative but I am still bleeding. Should I get a second opinion from another doctor? Also I wanted to know if I can take Zoladex for the bleeding. I am taking warfarin but did not know if I could with a blood thinner. Thank you for your time.

Hello,

Warfarin is oral anticoagulant drug and it is blood thinner. Your vaginal bleeding could be because of side effect of Warfarin. Kindly mention for which medical illness you are on Warfarin. To stop bleeding you can be prescribed Trenexemic acid tablet and cause for bleeding should be searched for by pelvic examination. Zoladex not recommended in your case. I suggest you to consult gynecologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
