Is Vaginal Bleeding, Sore Throat And Cough Dangerous In A Child?

Hi, My daughter is 7 years old and is having sudden onset of odd symptoms- vaginal bleeding, pain and burning when urinating and a sore throat with cough. I am taking her to the doctor in the morning but I am extremely worried, especially with the vaginal bleeding. The vaginal bleeding is not heavy, more like spotting, it is a pink tinged watery blood.

Hi....this is not normal. I suggest you take her to the nearest emergency room immediately. This seems like a viral hemorrhagic fever. Multiple system involvement also suggests the same.
