Can Zolmitriptan Be Taken Together With Paroxetine, Spironoloactone And Verapamil?

Can I use Zolmitriptan when I'm on paroxetine 20mg.,spironolactone 25mg., and verapamil 240mg. I got the name of this drug from a friend and she told me it worked very well for her migraines and at this point and willing to try something that will work

Hi,
As you are using verapamil and spiranolactone, i guess you have some cardiac disease. it is NOT advisable to use zolmitriptan (either spray or tablets) in cardiac patients. it is also important to understand that triptans are wonderful drugs for migraines but have bad side effects and contra indications.
Unless you get a prescription from your doctor, never attempt to use them over the counter.
