General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, it is due to Zoloft. The most common side effects of it include nausea or upset stomach, diarrhea, sweating, tremor, or a decreased appetite.

Sexual side effects may also occur, most notably ejaculation failure and decreased libido.

Diarrhea leads people to become non-compliant pretty quickly. Instead of quitting your medications, please visit your clinician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
