Can A CT Scan Test For Crohn S Disease?
I ve had diarrhea for the last 3&1/2 months. I have asked my Doctor abot this but have gotten no answer nor any scheduled appt.s. I have now gone to an emergancy care clinic who ran several tests but fudged them by feeding me lunch prior to a blood test..Monday I have a CT scan scheduled and more blood tests. Will this help prove chroens desease?

You can have inflammatory bowel disease like problem. CT scan will be beneficial in rule out Crohn's disease or any other specific disease if present.
I suggest you to investigate with colonoscopy and stool examination study as well to find underlying cause.According to reports further management plan decided.
