sir my rcb is 6-8/hpf,epti celles 4-6/hpf and M/E PUS cells 10-12/hpf. my pletelet count is 1.23 lakh/cmm. i was in fever when this test was carried out now i am normal as per my body responce what shoud i do. shoud i go for another blood test. i am also a heart patient and had 4 stund in my heart. i am taking 4 tablet in a day for the same

Your urine report was showing pus cells in urine (mild increase of pus cells)
Hence suggestive of mild urinary tract infection.
Platelet count can be slight low because of infection.
Now if you are clinically improving than no need of further work up.
You can repeat urine examination report to check whether pus cells decreased in urine or not
