Can A Blood Test With Haematocrit, WBC Count And Lymphocytes Parameters Indicate Malaria?

My doctor scared me, I have a second opinion I m 36 y/o male. Everything looks ok in my urine test but my blood test saying : haematocrit L 40.4 %my Total WBC count H 11.24 and my lymphocytes L 15 %. Doctor said I had malaria just cause I have fever. Can you help out please

This is only a rough study. Based on your signs and symptoms your Dr said.

Do malarial parasites study, CBC, blood glucose. Do you have symptoms high temperature, shivering and sweating. Do ultrasound to see liver and spleen enlarged.
