Can A Bruised Spot On My Upper Abdomen Be Due To Rectus Separation?

I have a bruised spot right in the middle of my upper abdomen. I am 10 weeks post pregnancy and have had three pregnancies in three years. My rectus separation was about 3cm immediately following birth (ceaser). Could this bruised sensation still be rectus two and a half mOnths post partum?
