Brief Answer:
You should get an Ultrasound abdomen.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

First of all, it should be confirmed whether the swelling is arising from Rectus abdominis muscle, below or above the muscle. It can be evaluated by clinical examination and Investigation like Ultrasound abdomen.

If the swelling is Lipoma (collection of fat) , it has to be removed surgically. Exercises won't help.
If the swelling is hard ,exact nature of the swelling will be known by Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC).

Please consult a General Surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Till evaluation, you can take the Indomethacin.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Please attach a pic showing the swelling. You can simply upload/attach it at the reports section
Wish you good health.
Regards
