Can A Burning Pain In Neck That Goes To Jaw,shoulder And Chest Be Symptoms Of Impending Heart Attack?
On and off burning achy presure pain in my neck goes upto my jaw in my left shoulder and sometimes the middle of my chest. I ve had it for a week now. It started with sharp pain at bottom of my ribs I had that for a few weeks. I ve been hosp they said my ecg was fine. Is this cloged artuaries, impending heart atak?

Please get your cardiac evaluation done including B.P. check up in both arms, E.C.G. during pain, echo cardiogram, stress test, CPK-MB, if necessary Holter monitoring. If these tests turn out fine then get an cervical MRI done to rule out cervical cause of pain.
