Can A Chest Congestion Cause Yeast Infection In The Armpits?

For about the last month I have had some major chest congestion and is now running into a sinus infection. I also have a pretty serious issue with yeast infections for about the same amount of time. They are even in my arm pitts. Is there any way that these issues are related?

It may be related if you use antibiotics and it may lead then to be more prone to yeast infection. Otherwise,I don't think it can be related. just use antifungal cream and it will be fine soon.
