Can A Child Be Tested Positive For COVID-19 But Be Asymptomatic?

Hello Doctor, My Son 10 years old, weighing 29 kgs. On Jan 31st he was tested positive for Covid- 19, with no symptoms. He was prescribed Azithromycin tablets for 3 days and Lymchee chewable tablets and Polybion syrup. He is due for Booster dose of Tdap vaccine which is given at the age of 10. Can he take the vaccine now?

Yes, you can get him vaccinated. Tdap is a toxoid vaccine do not interfere with any existing antibodies in the blood.
