Can a doctor override another doctors prescriptions, I was on oxycodone for 10 years. Over time, I have to take 5 pills a day to walk. My new doctor lowered my pipes less than half my medication. I have been in extreme pain. I've had migraines along with high blood pressure. Can something b done?
