Can A Fibroid In The Ovary Be Cancerous?
My Daughter had a pap come back abnormal so a 2nd pap was done and it came back abnormal at 9 o'clock. she stopped taking her depo shoots and has had a period for a long time so she went to the ER and they said she had an ovarian fibroid, could this be cancer?

fibroids are generally benign not cancerous, but routine checkup should be performed in order to rule out any abnormal function....if any kind of swelling around uterus,painful urination,unexplained bleeding occurs...visit gynae to rule out the condition!
