Can A Fitness Flyer Fitness Machine Cause More Harm To Back?

my name is lizette im 38 yrs young,i have a very serious back problem,my L3 of my spine is crystalising.im using a fitness flyer fitness machine,can this harm my back more?i want to start zumba is it safe with my back?what can i do to relieve the pain,it is very severe?

Zumba is very fast and strenuous activity which might strain your back without your notice. I advice you to strengthen your back.
If you can visit the physiotherapist, with the help of physical therapy treatment your pain will reduce and therapist will design the exercise as per your need to strengthen the muscle.
If you cant visit their, join the gym where you actual muscle can strengthen by the gym trainer.
It is very important to make you back strong before joining zumba you can strengthen your back muscle by isometric exercises.
And also warm and cool down is very important.

Machine can be used which will also train your cardio -respiratory system.

tips
Keep you back straight.
Do not bend forward
do not lift heavy objects
proper warm up and cool down
