If you can visit the physiotherapist, with the help of
physical therapy treatment your pain will reduce and therapist will design the exercise as per your need to strengthen the muscle.
If you cant visit their, join the gym where you actual muscle can strengthen by the gym trainer.
It is very important to make you back strong before joining zumba you can strengthen your back muscle by isometric exercises.
And also warm and cool down is very important.
Machine can be used which will also train your cardio -respiratory system.
